Participation form

Hereby declares, subject to the conditions described in the Participation conditions for the, and in the relevant Regulations for Exhibitors, that it will take part in The Supplierdays 2025 to be organized by Het Portaal Media at Expo Houten.
The undersigned hereby declares to hire a turn-key stand space of:

Including complete stand construction with: - The necessary stand walls (system panels) – fascia with nameboard (max. 20 characters) – lighting (1 spot per 4m2) – electricity + usage (up to 1kW), carpet – WI-FI – full-service catering including lunch.

NOTE: No furniture included. All rates are excluding VAT.

The undersigned hereby declares to acquire a catalogue advertisement of:

One-time Mandatory Media Contribution € 165,- : Listing in the exhibition catalogue, part of The Supplierdays & online exposure at thesupplierdays.com. Including Eventmaker licence for visitor scanning.

The payment of the stand rent will be made in two instalments, i.e.:
- 35% of the stand rental within 8 days after receiving the order confirmation.
- 65% of the stand rental within 8 days after receiving the final allocation invoice.

When registering within 30 days before the first day of construction, the full amount of the contract must be paid within 3 days after receiving the order confirmation.
