Registration is open
The Supplier Days are open only to suppliers, importers, distributors and agencies of promotional products and services.
We have the right to deny people access to the event if they do not meet this condition. If in doubt, please contact us.
Members of PPP pay no entrance fee (they received voucher codes for this). Non-members pay 27 euros ex VAT. Snack and drinks are for free.

Get a bird's eye view of how The Supplierdays on 4 and 5 September 2024 went. All the award winners of Supplier of the Year and Supplier of the Year are also featured. As well as the PromZ Product Pitch and the seminar on AI with Miika Arala. With more than 1,600 visitors, this largest Nordic event in the promotional products industry was a great success.
For whom?
Visitors to The Supplier Days are executives and staff of companies providing promotional products and services to end users. End users will not be admitted to the show floor.

The Supplier Days will be held on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 September 2025 at Expo Houten.
The fair is open on Wednesday from 10am-6pm and Thursday from 10am-5pm.

From Utrecht CS (stop CS Centrumzijde) and NS-station Houten, take Qbuzz line 47 and get off at the Meidoornkade stop.
From Houten station, you can also take line 48 towards Nieuwegein, get off at the Provinciale weg/Doornkade stop and walk to Expo Houten in five minutes.At Houten station, you can also rent a public transport bicycle, which will take you to Expo Houten in about 10 minutes.

Visitors to Expo Houten park their cars for free in one of the 1,650 available parking spaces.

There will be 2 catering points at The Supplier Days this year with sandwiches, snacks and drinks. You can make free use of these as a visitor to The Supplierdays.
