In 2020, Margriet and her daughter Mathilde innovated by creating “brievenbustaarten”—delicious cakes specially baked and packaged to fit through standard mail slots, allowing customers across the Netherlands to enjoy fresh, artisanal pastries delivered by post. Their offerings include a variety of flavors such as apple pie, butter cake, brownies, almond cake, and seasonal specialties, all made with high-quality ingredients and a touch of familial love.
